Will I get a confirmation that my order has been processed?
Yes. Upon the completion of placing your order, you will be provided with a confirmation number for your reference.

Will I be able to check the status of my order?
Yes. Upon the completion of placing your order, you will be provided with a tracking number and instructions for tracking your shipment on FEDEX.com.

What carrier service is used for delivery?
All orders are shipped using FEDEX.

What is the estimated time of delivery?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on holidays and/or weekends will ship the following business day. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for shipping as our facility will be closed.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery upon shipment leaving our facility.

How will I know if an item is out of stock?
Any item that is out of stock will be marked as such on our website and will not be able to order. Please check our website regularly for updates on out of stock items.

How will I know if an item is back in stock?
Any item that is back in stock will no longer be marked "out of stock".

What credit cards do you accept?
FC Skin Care accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Only via PayPal.

Will my credit card information be secure?
Yes. FC Skin Care uses 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your information sent through the internet. This high-tech equipment insures that your data arrives securely and confidentially.

Will I be charged tax?
Frances Calhoun Skin Care is based out of Florida. Because of this, tax is applicable for order shipping within Florida only.

What is the FC Skin Care return policy?
Any FC Skin Care products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within (10) business days of purchase, minus the shipping charge.

All products for exchange must be prepaid freight and received back in its original packaging accompanied with a note for the reason of return.

Notice of defective products must be made within (5) business days of receipt. A complete description regarding the nature of the defect must be included with all products being exchanged or returned.

Upon receipt product will be inspected. A refund will be issued to the original credit card used within (10) business days.

How long does a refund take?
The credit card used for purchase will be refunded within (10) business days after physical receipt of merchandise.
